Job Description

International consumer products company is looking for a Compensation Manager. The Compensation Manager will work with the payroll team and senior management on compensation analysis, strategic compensation analysis, payroll data reporting, payroll documentation, as well as compensation and employment market analytics. The Compensation Manager will also analyze staff and executive compensation, review corporate payouts, create payroll and compensation reports, as well as assist with other projects.

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least four years of compensation/payroll analysis with a large corporation.
  • Excellent communication and MS Office (Excel) skills are required.
  • Must be comfortable in a hands-on capacity.
  • Contract-to-hire, up to $80/hr.
  • Direct-hire, up to $170k.
